The story

A landmark of Haut-de-Cagnes since 1970.

It all began in 1970. Josy was twenty-five, with a kitchen and a vision.

Alongside her husband Jo, Josy shaped a cuisine at once simple and profound, rooted in the flavours of her childhood and the surrounding terroir. A cooking so true, so sincere, that it earned her a Michelin star, held for seventeen years. Together they built a true landmark of Haut-de-Cagnes, where every meal was an invitation to come together.

Carrying the torch means, above all, honouring their story, respecting the legacy of Josy and Jo while bringing our own craft and a warm, attentive renovation.
